• For airport pickups, please provide your flight details and a valid phone number at the time of booking. Your driver will track your flight and wait up to 90 minutes after arrival. For pickups from the Sky Lagoon, a 15-minute waiting time is included.
• For departure transfers, we recommend arriving at the airport at least 2 hours before your flight.
• Luggage Capacity Guidelines
• 1–4 Passenger Vehicles (Sedan): Fits up to 3 large suitcases (65–75 cm) and 2 carry-ons, or 4 medium suitcases (55–65 cm).
• 1–8 Passenger Vehicles (Van): Fits up to 6 large or 8 medium suitcases.
• For four passengers with more than four large suitcases, we recommend booking a minivan.
• Please consider the amount of luggage in relation to the number of passengers. If you’re traveling with extra or oversized bags, inform us in advance so we can arrange the most suitable vehicle and ensure a smooth, stress-free transfer.

Meeting Point

For your pickup at Keflavík International Airport, please enter your flight number. Once you have retrieved your luggage from baggage claim, proceed to the Arrivals area. Your driver will be waiting for you in front of the main arrival doors, holding a name board or tablet displaying your name. For your pickup at the Sky Lagoon, simply specify your desired pickup time. Our driver will arrive promptly at the scheduled time. Please be ready 15 minutes before your pickup at the Sky Lagoon parking area, where your driver will be waiting, holding a name board or tablet displaying your name.
